Report of the two first online meetings of the Working Group

Dear members of the RDA FAIR data maturity model Working Group,
We would like to thank the members who were able to attend the first online
meeting of the Working Group on 21 and 22 February 2019. We hope you found
it interesting. We were very happy with the number of people participating
and the lively discussions.
For members that were not able to attend: the slides that were presented at
the meeting are available on the RDA site at
https://www.rd-alliance.org/workshop-1.
There you will also find the report of the meetings with an overview of the
issues that were raised during the meetings.
The editor team is currently working to populate the *GitHub repository
* with issues that
were brought up during the meetings, and we invite all members to raise
issues and make suggestions related to any of the materials there.
Guidelines of how to contribute are in the README file on GitHub.
We would also like to remind you that the next meeting will take place on
the 3rd of April 2019, 12:00—13:30 EDT (17:00—18:30 UTC) at the 13th RDA
Plenary in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. Further information about that
meeting, and about the possibility to participate remotely, will be shared
with the Working Group over the next weeks.
We are looking forward to your feedback and hope to be able to welcome many
of you again in the next meeting.
