The deadline for submitting your session proposal is almost here! To submit your request for a breakout session, please complete the form below which corresponds to your meeting type.

More dates for your calendar: 

Call for Co-located Events: If you or your colleagues are interested in organizing a specific open science or research data related event in the near future, you may want to consider holding it before or after the RDA VP17. The dates for co-located events are Monday, 19 April 2021 and Friday, 23 April 2021.  Submit your proposal by 12 February 2021: https://www.rd-alliance.org/rdas-17th-plenary-call-co-located-events 
Call for Posters: To participate in the VP17 poster session, please submit an abstract no later than 26 March 2021: https://www.rd-alliance.org/rdas-17th-plenary-call-posters. Please ensure your poster is ready for upload on the conference platform well in advance.  RDA VP17 will also feature poster presentations on Tuesday 20 April 2021 (check the VP17 programme here) – so please be ready to discuss your work! Further instructions and information will be provided upon acceptance of your poster.
