    Dear ETHRD-IG members,
I am delighted to have two announcements for you today.
First, please welcome our new co-chair, Katarzyna Biernacka. Katarzyna is a research assistant and PhD student in Computer Science Education at the   Department of Computer Science at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (HU) in Germany. Her extensive experience in the training space includes co-creating train-the-trainer programs for RDM, project coordinating FDMentor for the creation of materials necessary to establish a RDM infrastructure, regularly conducting training on RDM and open science, and representing the sub-WG Trainings/Further Education of DINI/nestor-WG Research Data in Germany as spokesperson. Katarzyna’s also reflects these interests, as she focuses on examining the challenges of publishing research data in learning analytics, medicine and climate impact research in relation to research integrity and data protection. Welcome, Katarzyna!
Second, our P15 session will be at 14:30 on 19March. The session theme is “Real-world training for real-world impact”. The details can be seen at https://www.rd-alliance.org/real-world-data-training-real-world-data-impact. We look forward to seeing you there!
Wishing you safe and healthy travels.
    Best,
    Amy
