Hi everyone,
we hope all is well, that you are healthy and heading towards a relaxing Christmas holidays!
Please check the invitation below if you would like to contribute to RDA's mission and share your experience as an ECEIG member with other peers next year.
RDA's 17th Plenary Meeting will take place on 20-22 April 2021. The Plenary is currently scheduled as a hybrid event, with a physical component at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre and enhanced virtual participation. More information on RDA P17 can be found at https://www.rd-alliance.org/plenaries/rda-17th-plenary-meeting .
The RDA P17 Organising Committee has planned a series of webinars to promote P17 and raise awareness about RDA and plenaries. A similar webinar ran in October 2020, the recording and more information can be found here: https://www.rd-alliance.org/what-rda-and-why-should-i-attend-plenary-17 .
The second webinar in the series will take place in early March (date to be confirmed). As we are hoping to reach out to colleagues internationally, the webinar will take place at 00:00 CET. We have a number of speakers currently confirmed: Hilary Hanahoe (RDA Secretary General), Helen Glaves (British Geological Survey), Hugh Shanahan (Royal Holloway, University of London) and Rachel Bruce (UKRI). We would welcome a 10-minute presentation from an early career researcher on their experience with RDA, how they got involved and how RDA has influenced their work.

Thank you very much.
Kind regards,
On behalf of the ECEIG co-chairs
