    Dear Working Group,
    On behalf of the DMP Common Standard Working Group Chairs:
    Thomasz Miksa, Peter Neish, Paul Walk
    Following a very useful meeting at the RDA Plenary in Helsinki last week, we are now collating the remaining feedback before declaring an official release of the metadata profile we have been working on. There are a few minor fixes and changes to make, based on this feedback.
    We expect to be able to release version 1.0 of the standard very soon, after which we will liaise with RDA to enter this Working Group into “maintenance mode” in the normal way.
