    As mentioned below

    Those of you who are attending RDA14 Plenary and plan to contribute to
    the IG informational document, let’s meet together to brainstorm the
    document content.
    I succeeded to reserve the room Jalanne in the Dipoli building from
    15:30-17:00. I will be there from 15:30 but we can start from 16:00 that
    you can grab some coffee and snacks.
    You are welcome to join and exchange your ideas, interest and suggest
    contribution.
    This will better prepare our discussion during the scheduled IG-DE
    session tomorrow at 9:00-10:30 in Undergraduate Center – U119 (Deloitte)

    Direction to jalanne room.
    You start from the coffee break room in Dipoli.
    Go thru a door in the far left corner of the coffee break space, enter
    next room and go across to the far left corner – you will find Jalanne room.
