Scheduling the First call - Guidelines for making data findable

Dear Anita, Jens, Fotis, and Mingfang,
As we should aim to have our first meeting before the end of 2016, here is a poll to decide on the exact time and date.For now, I have only included the people who said they would potentially act as the team leaders. After we decide for the best possible timing (timings), we can inform the others. Also, if it turns out one of us is unable to do any of suggested options, we can think of other possibilities.
