Hi,
I would agree would Carsten. I would try to reference existing initiatives,
e.g. the Covid19 Host Genomics group have already crowdsourced some of the
attributes and data elements that may be useful at multiple levels here –
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1RXrJIzHKkyB8qx5tHLQjcBioiDAOrQ3o
The focus for covid19HG is meta-analysis, bust some of the data elements
could also be used upwards for case reporting aligned with WHO guidelines
too.
