I can definitely schedule the call Jan 2 or 3 so we have some time before the deadline.

This week is mostly done, I don’t think we will able to make a call now. Jan 3 onward would be ok for me. But the submission deadline is already Jan 5, so this leaves us only either Jan 3 or Jan 4. And we should start the call having a draft session proposal already mostly finished, because we would need to submit almost immediatly after the call. (I might try to write something on Jan 2.)
What do you think, particularly the group chairs: Brian, Frank, and Thomas? Thomas, would you schedule the call?
Best regards,
