Thank you for the list of actions.
A point of clarification for action 3:
The benefit table outlines the current status of benefits for all RDA membership levels.
This table also provides an example of how to tier benefits commensurate with the financial contribution.
We have done substantial work on defining benefits to the regions and the list of regional benefits in the table is reflected in our regional engagement document. Because of this, the regional benefits should not be edited. However, the individual and OAB benefits need to be reviewed.
This table provides “food for thought” for a paid individual membership and how it will fit into this scheme.
One thing to think about is having two individual memberships – one free and one paid, but the benefits must be designed to tier accordingly based on financial contribution.

I have added my notes to the agenda together with actions.
For those unable to attend, the main actions are:
1. Every member make final contribution to survey text by COB Sunday 6th Oct (any thoughts on
criteria to email group).
2. Look at feasibility of getting survey out to pilot set. Sandra talk to Hilary about timing etc.
3.Everybody to look at metrics and benefits table Version 2 and review it with thoughts (use the one that says EDIT THIS ONE Benefit suggestions v2).
