Dear Andrea,
it looks like these changes haven’t been made. I realise that summer holidays have arrived for many in Italy, so I have made the edits myself.
!
The page at https://www.rd-alliance.org/rda-12th-plenary-programme is now correct (or at least as correct as we can make it at present).
Can someone from Trust-IT or the Secretariat please take responsibility for publishing this in the correct location? I assume this is the IDW site, but I’m not positive.
Thanks.

Dear Andrea,
thanks for picking up some issues with the draft schedule.
I’ve provided responses below to the specific issues.
Can someone from Trust-IT please delete the two groups from the schedule that should not be there ( IG Active Data Management Plans, IG Data Rescue (Meeting title: Rescuing data pertaining to Water, with special emphasis on the continent of Africa)) and link from BoF The international dimension of a sustainable and FAIR-enabled European Open Science Cloud to https://www.rd-alliance.org/european-open-science-cloud-and-fair-data-im….
Once this is done, can the schedule please be published on the relevant websites (IDW, and possibly RDA) as a matter of urgency? We promised to have it up by the 9th of this month.
Thank you!

Subject: [secretariat] Agenda for 12th plenary on the website
De! ar Secretariat,
at the following link you can find a draft version of the agenda for next plenary, HERE.
I’ve copied the format from the previous one, following the agenda provided by Wembo.
I’ve also added links from the sessions published in the following page, HERE.
Looking into that file I’ve noticed some empty hours, there will be some plenary sessions or social events maybe?
We are leaving these slots blank to allow u! s some flexibility later.
As the Agenda is written in PHP I recommend you to provide us your comments on any change you want to implement so we can do it.
During the matching process, I’ve encoutered sessions in Wembo’s agenda without a page into the web site and vice-versa.
I’ll provide a complete list below so please tell me what do you prefer to do with these.
Sessions without a page:!
• BoF The international dimension of a sustainable and FAIR-enabled European Open Science Cloud
This has been updated and the session description to link to is at https://www.rd-alliance.org/international-dimension-sustainable-and-fair
• IG Active Data Management Plans
Please delete from the schedule.
• IG Data Rescue (Meeting title: Rescuing data pertaining to Water, with special emphasis on the continent of Africa)
Please delete from the schedule.
Sessions present in web site but not in the agenda:
• How to get the most science for your money?
(Storage Service Definitions WG)
Rejected
• Global Data Repositories – New Approaches and Challenges
(IG Repository Platforms for Research Data, IG Research Data Architectures in Research Institutions)
Unauthorised submission. Rejected.
• Establishments in the Zootechnical Field
(Storage Service Definitions WG, BoF Metrics and Indicators in Agricultural Sciences, WG Agrisemantics, IG Development of Cloud Computing Capacity and Education in Developing World Research, Session Page/Meeting Title: Establishments in the Zootechnical Field)
Rejected.
• Benchmarking Research Data Support in Academia BoF
Rejected
• Enabling FAIR Data – Community Next Steps and Future Work BoF
Merged into other FAIR sessions
• European Open Science Cloud and FAIR Data Implementation: Business and Revenue Models for Sustainability Bof
Renamed to
BoF The international dimension of a sustainable and FAIR-enabled European Open Science Cloud
*(refer above comment)
As Sara has wrote in her previous mail, during the following days Daniele, Luca and Diego will be in charge of these edits.
