Hi,
I have no major comments to the proposed session agenda. Also, a joint session with the VRE IG would be good, but we discussed that already. 2 comments:
1) How many people are we expecting in Botswana? Maybe we can at least do an inventory on this mailing list? I’m not coming at least.
2) Losing a separate session may not be vital for our (starting and still small) IG and the joint session can even be beneficial for us; the VRE IG however is already big and ongoing for a while. They may need their own session and are reluctant to give this away with that joint session. I’m not sure. You may need to consult Lesley Wyborne, also since Helen Glaves is not coming to Botswana either. Also, they may have issues with attendance as well.
