Honestly, I don’t think this needs a note in the newsletter. People who
will receive it are already registered, so why should they care about
this? I believe a notice about the business day needed to activate
accounts can be added to the message that appears after registration is

(endorsed or not.. can recommendations be used despite endorsement? Or
