Don’t miss the opportunity! RDA Europe offers travel support for Early Career to attend RDA Plenary 10 in Montrèal, 19-21 September 2017
So, you are a data scientist. You can sometimes get obsessed with your research and dream about how much better everything could work if data were open, accessible and interoperable... Let’s face it: you are a data enthusiast, at the start of your career.
RDA Europe is offering travel support to Early Career European Researchers & Scientists working with Data to attend the 10th RDA Plenary meeting, in Montrèal, Canada, 19-21 September 2017.
Meet up with worldwide experts on data: scientists, researchers, practitioners, IT specialists all together at RDA Plenary 10, for the most exciting and productive gathering around Data Science.
Find out, first-hand, what your peers are up to. Follow talks and discussions from any of the 85 active Working Groups and Interest Groups that make up the Research Data Alliance, working in multiple disciplines, domains and thematic fields and from different types of organisations across the globe. Participate, join the discussions, and bring your ideas to the table at RDA Plenary 10 this fall!
With over 5,800 members from 128 countries, RDA is a community-driven organisation which builds the social and technical bridges to enable open sharing of data.
Last Plenary, in Barcelona, April 2017, counted over 620 participants from 45 countries across the world and offered 73 breakout meetings.
