Dear all;
We need to establish the times for the next two calls. Europe returns to ‘winter’ time on the last weekend in October, while the US moves a week later, on 6 Nov. This means for the next call the time difference between US and European timezones is reduced to 5 hours. We can stick with the same time UTC (and EDT) in which case the call will be an hour earlier for Europeans (i.e. 14.00 CET); or we can stick with the ‘same' time for Europeans (i.e. 15.00 CET) in which case the call will be an hour later for Americans (i.e. 10am EDT).
Please use the Doodle poll to indicate your preference for Friday 4 Nov: http://doodle.com/poll/enqr8g5a6tcd5nz9
Please see below for the timing options for Friday 4 Nov.
For the following call on Friday 18 Nov, by which time the US will also have changed to ‘winter’ time so I suggest we revert to the usual arrangement of 15.00 European (CET) and 9am US (Eastern), knowing that the latter is very much earlier for Bernard and Gail…
Best wishes,
Simon.

Thanks, Bob.
We will be very grateful if all colleagues on the Legal Interoperability Group can complete the Doodle at http://doodle.com/poll/enqr8g5a6tcd5nz9 so that a decision can be made. If there is no clear preference I will select the later time.
Best wishes,
Simon.

Dear All
It is an interesting experience to see how our “Legal interoperability” paper is exposed within the social networks. According to altmetric, close to 90,000 fellows have been exposed to it through a, for a scientific paper, high number tweets (60) etc. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.162241 and altmetric https://www.altmetric.com/details/13033152
And this within one week
Cheers
Donat

Likewise, I overlooked this. I am convening a workshop at the OECD on economics and sustainability of research data, so would not have been able to join - which was also why it dropped off my consciousness…
Nor will I be able to initiate or attend a call next Friday but that should not stop it going ahead.
Best wishes,
Simon.
