Business meetings at the Plenary

Dear TAB, OAB, and Council,
We need to figure out the schedule and arrangements for the various business meetings we want to have at the upcoming Plenary, and i need to get a sense of peoples availability.
Council discussed this general topic at their last meeting and agrees with TAB that we need to get out into the WG and IG meetings and shouldn’t spend too much time locked up in our own meetings. This implies we need to meet outside the Plenary.
We also need to increase collaboration across our respective boards. In particular, Council wants to meet with TAB for a couple hours to make sure they are aligned on what is expected in WG case-statement reviews.
Here’s what is currently planned:
TAB is meeting with WG chairs on Sunday, the day before.
OAB is planning an OA/OAB meeting sometime during the plenary (In general, the OA meeting should be during the Plenary)
RDAC will likely want to meet
Council and RDAC will want to meet for 1.5 hours on day 1
We would like some more time to meet out side the formal Plenary. Please let me know of your availability:
Saturday, two days before the meeting
Wednesday afternoon after the Plenary closes
Wednesday evening for a social event!
Thursday, the day after the Plenary (lots of other meetings going on)
Based on availability, I will make arrangements.
Note we may need to be at another venue, but RDA/US is willing to cover the costs. For future plenaries, we should plan on saving the day after the meeting for business.

    Here is the current schedule for business meetings at the Plenary. Not everything is finalized yet, but this should allow you to plan.
    Saturday:
    • WG Collab—all day at a location arranged by Peter W.
    • Secretariat— in the afternoon. Location TBD
    Sunday
    • WG chairs and TAB 10:30-6
    • RDA for Newcomers 2-6
    • RDAC? Mark to follow up
    Monday
    • RDAC?
    • Council 1.5 hours, including time with RDAC
    • OA? Hilary to figure this out and inform Walter
    Wednesday
    • TAB 16:00- 18:00. Hilary to find room for ~15
    • Social event for Council, TAB, OAB, Sect, Cocktails and appetizers ~18:30 - 20:00
    • Hialry to find space. RDA/US can pay.
    Thursday
    • business meeting of Council, TAB, Sect (and OA?)—in the morning say 9-12:30. 30 or 40 people

    Mark,
    Council needs time for its own meeting and time for its meeting with RDAC. That's two meetings. Is there a schedule for them both? I.5 hours will work but 2 hours would be better for the Council-only meeting.
