FAIR4RS group members,
After presenting the outline FAIR for research software principles at the RDA Plenary 17, we're pleased to inform you that the first draft output of the FAIR4RS working group is now available for internal consultation. This document is available for working group input, before it goes to a broader Community Review in June.
Your feedback on this document is important for the final outcome as we strive for this to be community-driven.
We plan to use this public document as the main engagement activity for a two-week period. It will remain open for FAIR4RS group members to comment from 17 May 2021 until 30 May 2021.
Following the two week consultation process in May, the feedback received will be acted upon to produce a revised version of the document. This will be submitted for formal Community Review, expected to take place between 8 June 2021 and 8 July 2021. Any new information will be sent via the FAIR4RS mailing list (RDA FAIR4RS WG posts).
Thank you again for your contribution and support,
FAIR4RS WG Steering Committee
