Presentation of guidelines to the International COVID19 HPC Knowledge Exchange

04 Jun 2020
Groups audience:

Hi everyone,

Today Zoe Cournia and I had the pleasure to present the COVID19 Recommendations and Guidelines to a virtual meeting of the International COVID19 HPC Knowledge Exchange

Here is a share of the slides we presented.

We encouraged feedback by June 8th and also received some feedback online during the call, including this suggestion from  Eve Wurtele

Suggestion to include MetaOmGraph in tools.  http://metnetweb.gdcb.iastate.edu/ . Eve shares that they are processing open raw RNA-Seq data related to Covid and can share - Aside from being uniquely interactive, MetaOmGraph's utility to data analysis for people without easy HPC access is that large amounts of data can be analyzed.

Please all Omics members, continue to reach out to stakeholders and encourage feedback on the guidelines before June 8th.

Sincerely,

Zoe and Natalie
