Thanks Fotis for providing this agenda.
I note some overlap with TAB discussions, such as the strategic planning session. My comments to the TAB are perhaps relevant here: it is unclear to me who was interviewed, how they were selected and so forth. It is getting to be a bit like a broken record, but in both my opinion, as well as that of the people who pay me, there is some way to go in terms of transparency. (I think that Fab had some similar comments at a recent OAB call).
Looking forward, I think we need to discuss how the "real" OAB (as opposed to iOAB) will represent all member organisations. Member organisations need to feel - and see - real value for their $ - this also links to the above in both directions. Member organisations should / will / hopefully adopt the outputs as well as contribute significantly to their development.
Finally, in terms of the membership survey, as you know I believe that this does not really address the very wide spectrum of - you guessed it - member organisations. From a "small" one (e.g. defined by the fee) to a large one there are many significant differences. (e.g. the EIROforum is a collaboration of major European facilities each supporting numerous and diverse projects - one size hardly fits all).
Wishing you all the best, Jamie

Just to note I will be joining by phone for this meeting,
not via gotomeeting. If there's only one disembodied
    unidentified voice, it's me :-)

    Dear all,
I am afraid I cannot join tonight¹s virtual meeting because of personal
    reasons.
It is even likely I have to cancel my attendance of the P5 meeting in San
Diego. My father is very ill and it would be unresponsible of me to be far
from home in the next few days/weeks.
Perhaps Ingrid can replace me in San Diego, although I know she already
has many commitments. I will ask her though.
    Best wishes,
    Peter Doorn
