Dear collaegues,
I have not been able to consolidate the comments and prepare a new version of the Principles this week. Moreover, Iam not feeling well and will not join the call today. Bob Chen has a conflict and is not able to participate either.
Below are the instructions for the call that Simon Hodson sent earlier this week. If Enrique Alonso Garcia can lead the call, I encourage you to hold it anyway and provide your comments for the record. I will try to revise the Principles by early next week.

available until 15:20.
As a matter of fact, he would not be able to lead the call. Do you think we

Hi you all,
I just arrived.
I apologize but is obvious that Madrid is not ready for three days with below zero (or rather, that drivers from/in Madrid are not used to). Unfortunately it was in the HOV high speed lane of the highway and car crashes there take zillions to have the towing trucks arriving to the place.. So I got suck 1 h and a 45m for what should have taken me 20m and with time to lunch and get ready. I learned from my secretary and Maria Llosent also about Paul´s problems.
Once more I apologize. I had revewed additions; and was ready to try to consolidate it with Paul.s before the meeting ... In any case, but we will try to have the common position statu quo document during the weekend.
