When I have attended some of your calls in the past you used some sort of clever multi-editor etherpad type of thing. Does anyone know what I’m talking about, and could you point me to the service.

Hi Mark,
the service you are refering to is HackMD - it's
similar to the etherpad, with the extra advantage that the produced
markdown file can be readily used / imported in other services such as
GitHub.
