Please have a look at the attached draft and comment until (including) Wednesday.
I will produce a consolidated, hopefully final version based on your comments on Thursday.
In order to meet the deadline set by the RDA secretariat I will send the consolidated version to the secretariat.
I will add an explanation that this version may be replaced by a updated version which would be sent after the telco schedules for Friday.
The very last option for review will be the conference call scheduled for Friday 23 June.

Hi Chrstophe.
Sorry (once more) I could not catch up with the meeting. I was traveling back from Barcelona.
I figured out more or less what you all discussed by looking at yout draft and some email exchanges during and immediately after the time of the meeting.
I flag out in the draft (Rev EAG) some typos.
The 2 comments are due to the fact that probably it was good I did not participate because the final text, if sent/circulated to institutions or persons outside the usual participants in the telecoms, would need some more detail concerning the 2 sentences to which the commentaries are attached.
Besides that, in February 2018 the Globis-B Project will have a special workshop on these issues concerning global biodiversity data for the calculations of the so-called "essential biodiversity variables"... so depending ion how the prep meeting in August (Amsterdam) and workshop in February (Rome)... "adoption" might be considered by GEOBON, GBIF LifeWatch ERIC (established March 22 2017) and others...
