Thanks for putting this together , I can access both attachment and the
Zoho survey document, I will work on my inputs today and tomorrow, it's
been a crazy month at IRRI.
My question on Zoho doc is how to edit in place online, I think I'm allowed
read-only access to it.

Dear Pierre,
Thank you for taking charge of this. May I suggest to use Google survey for
countries with access and a word or pdf version of tge survey with tickbox
forns for China respondents, attached by email?
